By using the website yourdigitalpartners.in or engaging YDP — Your Digital Partners for services, you agree to the following terms.
YDP provides digital marketing services including Meta Ads management, Google Ads management, and SEO services. Specific terms, deliverables and fees for each engagement are agreed separately in writing before work commences.
Our free audit is a complimentary 20-minute consultation. It does not constitute a commitment from either party and does not guarantee specific outcomes. No payment is taken for the audit.
Management fees are agreed in writing before engagement. Ad spend is paid directly by clients to the relevant platform (Meta, Google) and is separate from our management fee. Payment terms are outlined in individual agreements.
While we work diligently to achieve the best possible results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Digital advertising results depend on numerous factors including market conditions, product/service quality, and platform changes outside our control.
Ad creatives, copy and strategies developed by YDP for client campaigns remain the property of the client upon full payment. Website content and methodology belonging to YDP remain our intellectual property.
All client ad accounts are created in the client's name and remain the client's property. YDP will never hold accounts hostage or restrict access.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the engagement.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days' written notice. Fees for work completed to the termination date remain payable.
YDP's liability is limited to the total fees paid in the preceding month of any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or loss-of-profit damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
